14-Day Return Right

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@voidedtech.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@voidedtech.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
